Month 1 -

To the Formula to Being Younger

I said that I would post my results and any information in regards to my earlier blog on with the formula "Do You Want to Feel and Look Younger"  is doing to my skin and if I am feeling younger.

I am not noticing much energy change but my skin is flawless. I have had some skin issues have almost disappeared. I have added one thing in addition to the posted formula. I am now using vitamin E oil on my face and skin issue areas every night, especially around my eyes. Which I had fine lines starting and have been using very expensive creams to get rid of but am finding I might not need them.  I have been taking faithfully the new vitamin formula that are listed in the "Do You Want to Feel and Look Younger" blog. I have seen that I do not need as much face creams. I have even less lines around my eyes and my skin is looking flawless. Any puffiness, dark spots, and even fine lines are diminishing. Therefore, I am noticing just in a little over four weeks results. I think by me eating healthy, getting exercise regularly, and now adding these extra vitamins I am looking younger in just a month. My hair and nails look healthier too. I haven’t noticed much on memory yet. We are hoping.

Why Vitamin E? Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular damage from occurring. Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants, but your body cannot produce it, which means you have to make sure you're getting enough of this valuable nutrient in your diet and on your skin.

I found it somewhat funny to put Pharmaceutical Grade of Vitamin E on my skin because it is just salad dressing to me. It is made up oils such as sunflower oil, corn oil, and olive oil, maybe a few more oils but these are what comes to mind. In addition, to putting this on my face everynight, I eat things that are high in Vitamin E as well, such as avocado, which is good for your skin on the outside.  too. Just mash it and use it as a mask on your skin. However,I rather eat it and use the oil on my skin. Other high vitamin E foods are almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, sweet potatoes, mango, apples, asparagus, turnips, spinach, and tomatoes. Wow! I found out that this Vitamin has many benefits. Look below

Thekey to getting enough vitamin E on your face and eating a balanced diet that includes a mixture of fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Check out the blog link with the formula to healthier skin and feeling younger. Blog Link

This one comes HIGHLY recommended by Dr. Oz......

He said it on interview about four years ago, on the Oprah Show.

I think they are all great.....I love how they are very soothing.

Here is another Dr. Oz favorite.....I think this oil is from New Zealand......they are all GREAT, no matter where they are from
