This recipe I submitted to the Real Women of Philadelphia cooking contest. This recipe will be a great hit at your next summer gathering and I am sure the whole family will love it. You can have fun by change the ice cream flavors to make different flavors. Set up an ice cream bar with these yummy brownies and people can make their own creations. Add additional ice cream toppings such as caramel sauce, marshmallow sauce strawberry sauce, and pineapple sauce.
