Dear Chef Linda,

I love your cooking!  Not only does it give me a chance to try things I otherwise wouldn’t try, but it lets me see that I really do like foods that I was certain I hated – like vegetables!  Even something as mundane as a salad has new life when you’ve made it.  Eating food that you’ve made also gives me great ideas of things that I could try myself, things that I normally wouldn’t have thought to do.  I would certainly recommend your services to anyone who finds themselves in a dinner-time rut or who just loves to eat good food!
